If there is anything needing to be stocked in the fridge restocked, your postpartum doula can grab some things from the store for you. Quick and easy meals can also be prepared.
Assisting with the bathing of your baby(ies) for the first time. Your postpartum doula can also teach you easier methods for changing a diaper.
Helping with with bottle feeding, breastfeeding, and pumping.
Depending on your individual needs your postpartum doula can help you catch up on sleep. Your doula can even relieve you of night duty so you can be well rested or care for your baby while you take a nap during the day.
Supporting you through this journey. Your postpartum doula is there for you. If you have any questions, worries, or concerns.. they can help you navigate them.
Your postpartum doula can help your household by doing some light housekeeping like switching out laundry or tidying dishes.
