Background
Yèyé’s Legacy was inspired and named to honor my great grandmother, Ògúndayèyé. Back home in Nigeria, she would go into the fields and cultivate medicine from herbs. She would use these herbs to help women in her village while they were in labor. Her nickname, Yèyé also coincidentally means “mother” in Yoruba. She was such a caring and loving woman and I’m excited to carry on her legacy here on earth.
